You've worked too hard to stay stuck in the in-between.
The Quasi-Recovery Exit was built for you.
An 8-week intensive group program for women who are done with "good enough."
Is this you? You're not in crisis. You're not where you used to be.
But you're not free either.
You're the woman who shows up for everything — her kids, her work, her life — while quietly negotiating with herself every single day. The rules nobody else knows about. The calculation that happens automatically. The mental noise that never fully stops.
You understand your patterns. You've done the work. You could probably explain your eating disorder to someone else at this point.
And still. It's still there.
This is quasi-recovery. And it has a way of becoming permanent — not through relapse, but through adaptation. You just get better at living in it.
The question is whether this is really as good as it gets.
It isn't.
You might be exactly who this is for.
This program was built for a very specific woman. She's in her 30s or beyond. She's probably a mom, or managing a life that asks a lot of her. She's high-functioning, self-aware, and tired of being smart about her eating disorder without actually being done with it.
You're in the right place if:
You're medically stable but still carrying the eating disorder quietly inside a full life.
You understand your patterns but aren't consistently changing them. You've tried things before — therapy, programs, years of work — and still find yourself here.
You're done with insight for its own sake and want real follow-through.
You're willing to do uncomfortable work inside a small, supported group.
This isn't the right fit if:
You need a higher level of clinical care right now — if you're unsure, please talk to your treatment team first.
You're looking for a meal plan or nutrition guidance.
You want something that works around your life without asking much of you.
The women who get the most from this are the ones who are ready to stop living in the in-between — and are willing to do what it actually takes to get out.
Eight weeks. Real structure. Actual change.
This isn't a “support group.”
It's not a place to just share your feelings, as important as that is. It's a structured, curriculum-based program designed to take you from quasi-recovery to the fullest recovery of your life.
Here's what we work through together:
Weeks 1–2 — Awareness & Audit
We get honest about exactly how the eating disorder is still showing up.
Not in a crisis — in an ordinary Tuesday. In the rule you follow automatically. In the negotiation that happens before you've even decided anything.
You start tracking in real time, uncovering WHY the eating disorder is still around.
Weeks 3–4 — Making Change & The Brick Wall
We get into the specific moment right before you back out.
That second where you know what to do and don't do it. We build the skills to stay in it — and we practice them.
This is HOW you create change.
Weeks 5–6 — Identity
More than the abstract. Behaviorally and functionally.
We look at how your sense of self is tangled up in your patterns, and what it actually takes to separate the two.
This is where a lot of the real work lives.
Week 7 — Integration How to maintain progress inside a full, demanding life. Not the ideal version of your life. Your actual one.
Week 8 — Pattern Awareness & Continuation How to recognize when things are starting to shift — and respond before they've gone too far. You leave with a personalized plan for what comes next.
[WHAT'S INCLUDED]Everything you need to actually do this.
Weekly Group Coaching Calls
One hour each week with structured teaching and real-time hot seat coaching. You bring what's happening, I help you move through it. The group is small — eight people maximum — so nobody disappears and everyone gets individual time.
Weekly Coaching Round
Every week you can submit a specific question, barrier, or moment you got stuck directly to me. I give you personal feedback and direction within 48 hours. This is where a lot of the real-time change happens.
Private Slack Community
Connection and support between calls, not just during them. Report wins, work through struggles, and do this alongside women who actually get it — because they're in it too.
Recovery Skills Training
My signature 12-module self-paced course with over 12 hours of video lessons. This runs alongside our group work to deepen your skill development between calls.
Program Dates
Eight weeks beginning June 23rd. Group calls meet weekly at 11:00 AM PST.
This program is an investment in the truest sense — in your time, your energy, and your recovery.
Ready to stop living in the in-between?
This program is application only — and the summer cohort begins June 23rd.
Here's how it works: you fill out a short application — takes about five minutes. From there we'll schedule a 30-minute discovery call to make sure this is the right fit for you right now. I do every call myself. It's not a sales call — it's a real conversation.
Spots are limited to eight.
I'm intentional about who comes in together, because the group dynamic is part of what makes this work.
If you've been waiting for the right time — I'd ask you to consider whether that's real, or whether that's the pattern.
